It makes treatment accessible to people who are not available for in-office visits or like many of us, are currently practising social distancing due to Covid-19.
It is to create major shifts in clients' emotional health and suitable to clients who wish to enjoy therapy from the comfort of their own homes or live far away from counsellor. It has been noticed that an increase in clients seeking help using this medium due to increase credibility in the service provided.
