You are provided with free, pre-approved counselling sessions to support your recovery.
I provide specialized ICBC counselling to help you feel like yourself again—mentally and emotionally.
Having extensive experience working with ICBC MVA (motor vehicle accident) clients for over 10 years, Florence also sees pedestrians injured by MVs. She will provide ICBC with an initial assessments, treatment plans and keep in contact with ICBC. Clients are helped with coping skills, psychoeducation, target treatments to reduce your symptoms.
ICBC subsidized Counselling treatment is automatically pre-approved by ICBC for 12 sessions. If you have reported a claim in a car accident, Florence invoices ICBC directly.
ICBC includes what’s known as no-fault benefits. This means that you’re entitled to these benefits no matter who was at fault in the accident.

- You’re eligible for 12 pre-approved counselling sessions after a motor vehicle accident in BC.
- ICBC typically covers a set number of sessions to start and we will continue further free sessions until recovery.
- No doctor’s referral is required in most cases.
- Direct billing to ICBC is on our side.
